New York Rangers vs. Calgary Flames
With the win over Edmonton last night, the Blue Shirts tied their longest win streak at seven and are looking to sweep the Western Canada swing with a V against the Calgary Flames tonight.
Last time these two teams met 11 days ago (at the Mecca), we had a throwback game of physicality led by Jacob Trouba’s bone crushing hit on Nazem Kadri (who wanted NO part of Trouba once he snapped back into reality) which then prompted a squaring off and demoralizing defeat of Dillon Dube & Chris Tanev.
We’re thinking fireworks for sure tonight in Calgary as the Flames look for a little payback on their own ice while trying to snub out the Rangers season high 8 game points streak at 7-0-1. Terrell Owens called…said to get ya popcorn ready!
